There are two parts to the customer journey to Windows Virtual Desktop. Pre-deployment is focused on Planning and Migration - getting those workloads into WVD. And, the second part is post-deployment, the Learning, Automation, and Optimization areas - the bit that will create effective managed services for our partners.
Once we have taken those workloads, modernized them, and figured out which are good candidates to move over, that is where things get interesting. Its where businesses move from one-time revenue into something much more of an effective managed service.
