Experienced Software Marketer to Drive Growth, Expansion in Enterprise Market

She will lead worldwide marketing initiatives, expanding the brand and growing customer demand. She joins an experienced leadership team focused on accelerating enterprise application migration and management.
Gralewski will lead marketing as Rimo3 enters a new growth phase. In the past six months, Rimo3 has expanded its leadership team in response to a significant uptick in customer adoptions driven by market changes in end user computing.
Enterprise technology teams are confronted with significant demands: cloud workspace adoption, the upcoming Windows 10 end of life, VDI market disruption, and managing enterprise application migrations. Gralewski brings 20 years of experience in enterprise software marketing across end user computing (EUC), artificial intelligence, data protection and ransomware recovery, data quality, and information access. She has held a variety of roles marketing enterprise software products across cloud, virtual, and physical environments.
She is a veteran in end-user computing and application management. At Citrix, Gralewski launched the Citrix Workspace, grew the managed service provider program, and drove compelling marketing initiatives for XenApp, XenDesktop, and the Citrix product suite. She led global brand marketing for application testing and remediation startup App-DNA before the firm’s acquisition by Citrix. She also drove product marketing for Flexera application preparation software, including AdminStudio, InstallShield, and InstallAnywhere.
In her career, Gralewski has marketed three software firms to exit and grew product line revenue at publicly traded and privately held companies. She’s led successful go-to-market initiatives with technology partners such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Snowflake, SAP, Oracle, IBM, VMware, Citrix, NetApp, Yahoo!, and many more. Her extensive channel marketing experience has supported value added resellers, distributors, managed service providers, and global systems integrators.
This month Gralewski graduates from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree and additional certificates in Marketing and Leadership. She is a four-time presenter at Content Marketing World and a past judge for the Content Marketing Institute Content Marketing Awards.
